How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. In busier periods, orders may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched.

 

Who will my order be shipped with?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, whether they are domestic or international. We offer various Royal Mail rates at the checkout depending on how quickly you want to receive your order.

 

I've entered the wrong delivery address, what happens now?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please get in touch with the correct details and we will be happy to amend the address for you. If your order has already dispatched, we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us by Royal Mail before we can refund you or resend the item. Resends will incur a re-delivery fee.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it for you no problem. Just send us an email with your order number and your request to cancel.

 

My order has not yet arrived?

Although Royal Mail aim to deliver items as quickly as possible, orders to the UK will not be considered "lost" until 10 working days have passed after dispatch. Please allow up to 35 working days after dispatch for international orders.
